Year 6: When My Body Broke Down

I’m a mother of two and the founder of a beauty business I built from scratch.
Over six years, I grew it from a single location into a chain of successful salons across Silicon Valley.
From the outside, I looked strong, composed, even “successful.”
But in year six, my body sent out a red alert.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition.
Chronic insomnia, rapid weight loss, mood swings—and worst of all—severe hair loss.
My scalp felt constantly red, itchy, painful. Every time I washed my hair, I cried.
I started wearing hats just to leave the house.
I tried every “natural,” “soothing,” “high-end” scalp care product I could find.
But most were overloaded with fragrance or caused even more irritation.
I felt like I was falling apart—inside and out.

I'm the Founder — and the First User

As I began to change my lifestyle, I made a firm decision:
I would create a truly clean, effective, and gentle scalp care system—just for myself.
This wasn’t a random DIY experiment. I approached it with professional logic and deep responsibility.
From the first bottle of Itchy Scalp Serum, to our Shampoo, Mist, and Conditioner—
I tested everything on myself, worked closely on the formulations, tracked every effect.
I knew what textures felt clean but not greasy.
I knew which ingredients made sensitive scalps worse under stress.
I knew what a product had to deliver for a customer to not just love it—but keep using it and recommend it.

One day, after a client finished her treatment at my salon, she asked softly: “The mist you used just now… can I buy it? I want to use it at home too.”

That question hit me hard. Her eyes weren’t just curious—they were hopeful.
That’s when I realized, It’s not just me. It’s not just my hair falling out in the shower.
